On 16 June 2016 the Lawyer Dario Soria, CEO Asscostieri Servizi, and Alessia Sozio, Chief Operational Officer Assocostieri Servizi, made an intervention during the conference organized by ODECEC of Rome entitled “Administrative liability of entities. Environmental crimes and crimes related safety in the workplace among the predicate offenses. Legal aspects and applications comparing profiles. ”
The conference proposed to examine the legal aspects and the application and management profiles for the prevention of environmental crimes and offenses relating to health and safety at work required by Legislative Decree no. 231/2001.
